and sport.<\/p>\n<p>In the <b>Higher Education<\/b> sector, the program aims to enhance the personal, academic, and professional development of students and teaching and non-teaching staff, promoting the modernization, quality, and internationalization of institutions, as well as social cohesion and employability.<\/p>\n<p>It fosters transnational cooperation between higher education institutions and socioeconomic partners, promoting knowledge sharing, pedagogical innovation, and academic excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erasmus+ in Higher Education: A Program for the Entire Academic Community<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Erasmus+ offers thousands of students and higher education professionals the opportunity to study, do internships, teach and receive training abroad.<\/p>\n<p>The Higher Education Program is open to students of all study cycles (bachelor&#039;s, master&#039;s and doctoral degrees), as well as teachers, researchers and technical and administrative staff, in addition to partner institutions and organizations linked to the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Erasmus+ is an open and inclusive program designed to allow the participation of all members of the academic The countries are classified into two main groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Countries participating in the Program;<\/li>\n<li>Partner countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participating countries can take advantage of all the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program, which are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Member states of the European Union;<\/li>\n<li>Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, and T\u00fcrkiye.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Partner countries can only participate in certain Erasmus+ Programme activities. Four priorities are identified in this document:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li><span>To ensure the alignment between the skills of graduates and the needs<\/span> <span>of the economy and the labor market, and to promote excellence in skills development;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Develop inclusive higher education systems;<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that higher education institutions contribute to innovation, especially at the local and regional levels;<\/li>\n<li><span>To contribute to effective and efficient higher education systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<section id=\"carta-erasmus\" class=\"content-block b-text --bg-white --padding-v-default --width-normal\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"c-section-intro --align-left\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"headline-1\">Erasmus Charter (ECHE 21-27)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"c-wysiwyg\"><p><strong>Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines of the Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (CEES\/ECHE) guarantees the quality of mobility and European and international cooperation activities that Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) can carry out within the Erasmus+ Programme. It implies the subscription to a set of fundamental principles and the public adoption of an institutional internationalization strategy through the Programme (DPE \u2013 Erasmus Policy Statement).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandatory requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The awarding of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (CEES\/ECHE) is a requirement for all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) located in Member States and third countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme, that wish to apply for and participate in individual mobility activities for learning purposes and\/or cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices within the Programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The CEES\/ECHE standard is not required for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ Programme, with the quality framework being established through inter-institutional agreements between these institutions and HEIs in Member States and third countries associated with the Programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once obtained, the accreditation granted by CEES\/ECHE is valid for the entire duration of the current phase of the Erasmus+ Programme (2021-2027).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monitoring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the Charter will be monitored by the National Agency, and any violation of its principles and\/or commitments undertaken by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) may lead to its annulment by EACEA and\/or the European Commission.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-4712","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
